How to Hide Fields on the Client Portal

You can follow these steps to hide any contact field from the “Your Details” section of the Client Portal page.

  1. Go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Client Portal.
  2. Scroll down to the “Fields to hide on Portal” section, where you’ll see the status and email fields are hidden by default.
  1. Add the field key for any additional fields you do not want shown in the Client Portal (e.g., hometel, addr2, etc).
  2. Scroll down and click the “Save Settings” button.

If you want to hide fields in the backend’s contact page or any menu tabs in the Client Portal’s menu, you need to activate the Client Portal Pro extension. Read more about hiding custom fields and menu tabs.
