Manage Contacts at Companies to Secure More Sales Contracts
If you're selling to medium to large organisations you'll need to manage leads (contacts) at companies (or organisations). ZBS has you covered. We've got a simple 1 check setting to enable 'B2B Mode' which lets you do just that.
Our intuitive UI lets you easily add, edit, delete, or merge contacts, optionally assigning them to a parent company. It's even easier to manage companies!
Enabling B2B Mode is easy, just check the box in the ZBS CRM Settings.
You can also optionally choose to call companies "organisations" (useful for non-profit stakeholders).
B2B Sales require up-to-date contact information, you're still selling to people, after all. It's super quick to assign a contact to a company, simply start to type the company name in the contact edit screen metabox.
B2B Mode is built into the main CRM Core, but to get the most leverage on your CRM setup we recommend a bundle from the below options. These CRM bundles give you a chunk more functionality which super-charges your sales activities.
