Why did you need a CRM?

We needed a simple lead management system to track customers through the pipeline.  Just to make sure no leads were forgotten about, since being busy with day to day work often meant we forgot to follow up with people we should have.

A great no BS program for tracking leads and customers. I set it up web space for it, installed WP, plugged in Zero BS and was up and running in under an hour.

Why did you choose ZBS CRM and did you look at any others?

I chose it because it was WordPress based, required little setup and was ready to use immediately.  It was also very simple to train my coworker on using it.  I used to work at a company that used SalesForce.  It was such a huge monster that we really needed someone on staff full time just to deal with it.  The sales people barely understood how it worked so it was majorly under-utilized. 

I also thought SalesForce was poorly laid out so I refused to touch it.  Plus, I’m pretty sure the boss was paying out thousands per month to have it. Finding Zero BS CRM has really helped us. It’s useful, easy to use (so you actually use it) and it’s in a much more comfortable price bracket for us.

We now have a way to track leads and what was told to them as far as phone conversations and emails go. All in one place. Securely hosted by us (and not a third party)

How does ZBS CRM fit into your day to day process, how has this helped improve your business.

The fact that it’s web based makes it easy for anyone at our company to look up a lead or customer.  We no longer have slips of paper laying around with names and numbers of someone that called in for info.  

It’s helped us stay organised, and centralised which really is amazing.
